"Prices Made Me Give Up"
I was getting frustrated trying to buy tickets on High Museum of Art. I picked out tickets for my family, and by the time everything added up, it felt like way too much for what was supposed to be a simple museum day. I kept sitting there trying to be patient and talk myself into it, but it felt like I was being forced to calmly accept a price that just didn’t make sense for us. Maybe it works for some people, but with the extra fees and unclear pricing, I ended up closing the site without buying anything. I really wish they had more affordable options or at least clearer deals, because right now it just feels overpriced.

"I did end up finding a spot, but…"
I did end up finding a spot, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience, just a bit frustrating if you’re in a hurry.

"Pretty easy to navigate overall"
I was just there recently, and finding the galleries was mostly easy. The signs helped a lot, especially since everything was still fresh in my mind as I was walking around. I did get turned around once near the elevators, which was a little annoying in the moment, but overall it wasn’t a big deal

"I was expecting a much longer wait…"
I was expecting a much longer wait because the line looked like it could take a while, but it moved way faster than most places I’ve been. Getting in was super easy, and compared to other crowded spots, this was painless. 5 stars from me

"Nice event, but a little unorganized"
I went to an event at the high and actually had a decent time overall. The art and the setup were really nice, but getting in took longer than I expected, and the staff seemed a little unsure about what was going on. The seating situation also wasn’t super clear. I still enjoyed myself, but it definitely felt like it could’ve been organized a bit better.

"Easier Than I Expected"
I expected the site to be a little clunky, but it was really easy to use. Pages loaded quickly, and I found the event info I needed without having to click around forever. Checkout was smooth too, with no weird errors or last-minute issues.

"I ended up getting a membership after visiting…"
I ended up getting a membership after visiting a couple times, and it’s been sorta worth it for me. I like that I can just stop by for a bit without feeling like I have to make a whole day of it. The guest passes are a nice perk, and the shop/cafe discounts don’t hurt either. If you think you’ll go more than once or twice, it pays for itself quickly...

"Cool shows, if you can ignore the crowds"
I’ll admit, I mostly remember the shows I liked because a few of them were genuinely cool. That said, the crowds were hard to forget too, no matter how much I try. It just felt like too much hassle for what you actually get, so I’m not sure I’d go again.

"Ticket reservation was slower than expected"
I was trying to reserve tickets, but the process took longer than I thought it would. I was expecting a faster response, so it was a bit frustrating having to wait.

"Honestly, the exhibits were kind of a letdown"
I don’t know, I guess I was just expecting more from High Museum of Art. The exhibits felt thin, like there wasn’t really that much to look at, and a few of the rooms seemed almost empty. I kept thinking there would be something more interesting around the corner, but it never really happened. Maybe it was just the show they had at the time, but yeah, for me it didn’t feel worth the trip or the price

"Just didn’t feel accessible"
I tried using high.org my gut reaction was that the site just isn’t very accessibility-friendly. My screen reader missed things, the menus felt kind of all over the place, and I ended up getting stuck trying to find basic information. It was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t call it a good experience.

"Their photo policy feels really unfair. I get…"
Their photo policy feels really unfair. I get that businesses need rules, but the way this one is handled just seems unnecessarily strict and kind of wrong. It left a bad impression and made the whole experience feel less welcoming.

"Good help, but the wait was annoying"
Overall it was a nice visit, but I was a little frustrated with how long I had to wait before getting helped. Once the staff got to me, they were friendly and took care of everything quickly.

"Literally such a nice guided tour"
I booked a guided tour with my sister and we literally had such a great time. The guide knew a ton but explained everything in a really easy, relaxed way, so it never felt boring

"Looking back on it, the kids lost…"
Looking back on it, the kids lost interest quickly, and I remember the activities feeling a bit rushed rather than fun or engaging. Maybe it just wasn’t the right fit for us, but from what I recall, it didn’t really feel worth making the trip.

"I used High.org to plan my visit…"
I used High Museum of Art to plan my visit, it did the job. The location was convenient, easy to find, and parking/transport wasn’t much of a hassle. I did have to poke around the site a bit to find some of the info I needed, which was a little annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d probably use it again.

"Was hoping for more variety"
I was really expecting the collection to have a bit more range, but it ended up feeling limited. A lot of it looked like the same kind of stuff, and there wasnt much mix to choose from. I left feeling disappointed, honestly.

"Solid Overall and Worth Using Again"
I had a good experience with the site overall. I was able to find what I needed without too much hassle, even though a couple of pages were a little slow or not super clear. But if it worked this well for what I needed, I’d imagine it’s probably a solid option for most people too. For the value, I think it’s worth it, and I’d use it again.

"I tried using the audio guide..."
I tried using the audio guide from High Museum of Art during my visit, it was kind of a mess. Some sections wouldn’t load properly, and other parts felt like they were just missing—or maybe not missing, but definitely not easy to find. It made the whole thing hard to follow and took away from the experience. I wouldn’t bother with it next time.

"Nice place, but way too crowded"
I checked out high.org before going and thought it looked like a really nice visit. And to be fair, the museum itself is lovely. But the crowds were… a lot. I’m totally fine, obviously, but standing in long lines and squeezing through packed rooms made it hard to actually enjoy the art. Maybe I just happened to go on a bad day, who knows. Still, for the price, I expected the crowd situation to be handled a little better.
